CARRIER AIR WING SEVEN deploys aboard the USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH (CVN 77). Our Air Wing is comprised of four F/A-18 Super Hornet squadrons, a EA-18G Growler squadron, a E-2D Hawkeye squadron, a MH-60S Helicopter squadron, and a MH-60R Helicopter squadron.
Upon your arrival to NAS Oceana, report in appropriate dress uniform for the season to the CVW-7 Admin Office (room B-6) which is located to the left as you enter the main entrance to building 240. Here you will have your orders endorsed and you will be provided check-in procedures by our Admin personnel.

The best way to ensure you have the best driving directions is to consult with navigation/mapping website or app for specific directions to our Building, at 240 Tomcat BLVD, NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach 23460. Another commonly-used method is to enter the above address into your GPS device and follow the directions to CARRIER AIR WING SEVEN. Tomcat Blvd is the main road leading to the front gate of Strike Fighter Country. We are the fourth BLDG on the right hand side, BLDG 240.
Arriving by Plane:
Norfolk International Airport has numerous methods of transportation. You will find a Navy representative on duty in the central lobby area of the airport at the Visitor/Military Information Desk. The booth is manned from 0730 to 2200 hours, seven days a week. The uniformed military personnel have information about all bases in the Hampton Roads area, along with transportation, duty office telephone numbers, and emergency assistance numbers. The telephone number for the Navy representative on duty at the Military Information Desk is (757) 444-3040. We recommend you contact your sponsor at least 24hrs in advance prior to arrival to help coordinate lodging and transportation arrangements.
