Command Master Chief
CMDCM (AW/SW) Latricia Robinson
Command Master Chief Latricia Robinson is a native of East St. Louis, IL. She entered the U.S. Navy through the Delayed Entry program and completed Basic Training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, in January 1996. Following basic training, she reported to Yeoman "A" School in Meridian, Mississippi. Her first duty station was Naval Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois. In November 1999, she reported aboard USS Enterprise (CVN-65) where she completed one deployment to the Persian Gulf.
In January 2003, she reported to Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan. In 2007, she reported 31st Seabee Readiness Group. She was selected to Chief Petty Officer and transferred to Commander, Airborne Command Control and Logistics Wing in Point Mugu, CA. In June 2010, she reported to Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, where she completed deployments to Okinawa and Sigonella.
In April 2013, she reported to Recruit Training Command, where she trained four recruit divisions, transforming over 300 civilians into Sailors. During this tour, she was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer and earned her Master Training Specialist qualification.
In September 2017, she reported to Carrier Strike Group 1, where she completed a Western Pacific deployment onboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70). During this tour, she was selected for the Command Senior Chief and Command Master Chief Programs.
Robinson is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 188) and the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course in Newport, Rhode Island. Robinson previously served as the command master chief for NTAG Mid America in St. Louis, MO. She currently serves as the command master chief for Fleet Logistics Support Squadron-40 (VRC-40) in Norfolk, VA.
Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (six awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five awards), and numerous other unit and campaign awards.
