Mission
To provide preeminent control, coordination, and deconfliction services within Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility (FACSFAC) Jacksonville's airspace and sea space (both surface and subsurface), to our nation's military, government agencies, and civilian users.

Philosophy
First and foremost, we are a team, and each member is vital to our mission accomplishment. It is imperative that we execute our daily tasking efficiently and effectively, while always looking to innovate. Stagnation breeds complacency.  We should always be pushing forward looking to improve and streamline our work processes. The phrase "this is the way it has always been done" is never an acceptable answer. Every task we execute should add value or it is simply a waste of resources.

People are the life blood of our organization. We must respect and look out for one another. As a collective, we are greater than the sum of our parts. You are all expected to be leaders in every area of your lives, setting the example for all others, Sailors or Civilians, to emulate.
