Sponsorship

In order to make your arrival here at FACSFAC JAX as smooth as possible, you will be assigned a sponsor. If you have received orders and a sponsor has yet to contact you, please contact the Command Senior Enlisted Leader. Your sponsor will aid in your transition as a source of local information and as an initial point of contact. Travel Directions

The Jacksonville International Airport is located approximately 32 miles away from NAS Jacksonville.  As a general guide, a taxi from Jacksonville International Airport to NAS Jacksonville will cost approximately $55-$65 (not including gratuity).  This cost is reimbursable when you file your travel claim.  FACSFAC JAX would love to pick you and your family up from the airport.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact your Sponsor or the Command Duty Office at (904) 542-2004/2005 for more information.

 1. Head southwest on Yankee Clipper Dr toward Dixie Clipper Dr

 2. Continue onto Dixie Clipper Dr     1.0 mi

 3. Slight right at Airport Rd     0.3 mi

 4. Take the first right onto International Airport Blvd     1.4 mi

 5. Continue straight onto County Rd 110/Duval Rd     0.5 mi

 6. Merge onto I-295 South via the ramp to I-10     23.6 mi

 7. Take exit 10 for US-17/FL-15/Park Ave toward Roosevelt Blvd 0.3 mi

 8. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-17 North    0.1 mi
