Mission Statement

The MQ-25 Fleet Introduction Team provides a critical node of coordination between MQ-25A Stingray manufacturers and designers, the Program Office (PMA-268), and the Fleet operators. The FIT’s Fleet-experienced personnel ensure that the transition from design to testing to operational capability is done with constant input from the end user; the operators. In addition to standing up essential program items, from training of recruit maintainers and student operators through advanced tactical doctrine development and operational expertise, the FIT provides valuable insights and real-world experience to the Program Office and the aircraft designers to ensure the MQ-25A is delivered as requested, and brought to the fight at its full potential.
