Command Master Chief
CMDCM Dominick J. Feliciano

He enlisted in the Navy in 2000.  A graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 247/Gold) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat (CMC/COB) Course (Class 41401).
 
Following his graduation from Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes, Illinois, and Airman Apprenticeship “A” School, his first duty station was the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) in Norfolk, Virginia. Follow-on tours include USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77), and USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78).
 
 Ashore served as the Recruiter in charge of Navy Recruiting Station Fredericksburg (Navy Recruiting District Richmond) and as the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Force Maintenance Chief at Naval Air Force Atlantic.
 
Feliciano was selected into the Command Senior Chief program in February 2024 and served aboard USNS Robert E. Simanek (T-ESB 7) (Gold Crew) and is now serving as Command Master Chief for Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 7.
 
His military decorations include the Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two awards), Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal (three awards), and numerous unit citation and service awards.
