NORFOLK, Va. - NORFOLK, Va. (December 7, 2020) Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (NORTHCOM) , and Rear Adm. Lance Scott, commander of the Patrol and Reconnaissance Group, discuss the different capabilities of the P-8A, specifically its anti-submarine capability, during a static display at Naval Station Norfolk with Cmdr. Russell White, commanding officer of Patrol Squadron (VP) 10. Gen. VanHerck is visiting Navy and Marine Corps units in the Hampton Roads area to meet with Sailors and Marines and see firsthand the capabilities our maritime components bring to defending the homelands.
