PEOPLE

The Sailors, civilians, and contractors are the heart of FACSFAC Jacksonville — our most valuable resource. We take care of ourselves, our shipmates, and our families. We continuously develop our mind, body, and spirit to remain ready for any challenge. We operate as one team, because together, we are stronger.

PURPOSE

Every member of the FACSFAC Jacksonville team contributes to our Navy’s readiness to fight and win our nation’s wars. We are warriors, united by a shared mission and an enduring commitment to excellence. We stand the watch knowing that what we do each day matters—that our actions strengthen the world’s most capable and lethal fighting force.

PROFESSIONALISM

We strive for excellence in everything we do. We come to work prepared—focused, disciplined, and ready to win. We uphold the highest standards, doing our jobs by the book and with integrity. When we see something wrong, broken, or unsafe, we fix it. We pursue qualifications and mastery of our craft because professional excellence strengthens not just ourselves, but the entire team.
